The COVID-19 pandemic continues to have significant effects on our daily lives and has been extremely impactful to the mental health of our children and adolescents. Many of us are facing financial, academic, emotional and physical health challenges that can be stressful, overwhelming, and cause strong and unfamiliar thoughts and behaviors in members of our family, community and especially our children.
